Programmable Three Zones Thermal Shock Test Chamber is used to test or composite material structure, in an instant by the extremely high temperature and low temperature under continuous environment can endure degree, in order to test in the shortest possible time chemical changes caused by heat bilges cold shrink or physical damage. Applicable to metal and plastic, rubber, electronic...Such as material, can be used as the basis of its product improvements or reference.

 

 

QTS3 series air-to-air thermal shock chambers circulate cold, hot, or ambient air as needed. The conditioned air is pre-cooled or pre-heated beyond the set point, allowing quicker recovery of the desired condition after transfer.

 

QTS3 Features:

 

1. Automatically setting of pro-cooled and pre-heated air.

2. Testing samples don’t move, cable port is available for power on testing.

3. Powerful interactive touch screen controller, easy operation and setting

4. High accurate temperature recovery with PID auto tuning

5. Auto defrost function

6. All equipment is fully automatic, and all process are precisely controlled with P.L.C.’S.

7. Operation data can be downloaded as needed, or continually, to USB.

8. Controller can set 120 programs and each program can be repeated for max 9999 times.

9. Machine can be shut down automatically in case of electrical power instabilities
