This Type of lattice steel tower is very popular .Its prameters can be suppiled for reference as following :

Material : Q345B/A572,Grade 50/S355JR,minimum yield strength>=345N/mm2
Q235B/A36/S235JR,minimum yield strength>=235N/mm2
Design detail: Cable and ladder inside or outside
Working &Resting Platform: 1~3
Antenna Support: 3-18
Microwave Dish: 3-18
Surface treatment Hot dip galvanized according to ASTM A 123,
Color painting :epoxy paint 100 microns or as requirment

We have 5 production line for manufacturing lattice steel towers ,We can supply 3000 tons steel towers
per month .And we have enough room to place more steel towers production line if needed .

Material incoming control:chemical and physical test
Zinc coating thinknes inspection
We usually has two ways of trial assembly for lattice steel towers : trial assembly before galvanzation
and after galvanization

Package we usually do as our clients requirment .Usually for lattice steel towers,we fixed angle steel by
steel wire to bundles and use special material to protect zinc .
For fasteners ,we use bucket ,bag or box.
