Introduction to stainless steel wire drawing process
Stainless steel wire drawing generally has several effects:
straight wire pattern, snow pattern, nylon pattern. The straight
wire pattern is an uninterrupted pattern from top to bottom.
Generally, the workpiece of the fixed wire drawing machine can be
moved back and forth. The snow pattern is the most popular one,
consisting of a little bit of regular dots, which can be achieved
with worm sandpaper. The nylon pattern is composed of lines of
different lengths. Because the nylon wheel is soft, it can grind
uneven parts to reach the nylon pattern.
