Plunger of it is nickel plated on alloy base, inside wall of barrel is plated hard cadmium, key parts, such as valve hood, valve ball, are made of materials with excellent mechanical performance and corrosion resistant property. Subsurface sucker rod pump
1. Introduction of pump
The subsurface sucker rod pumps are manufactured in accordance with
API 11AX, and have been API monogrammed and ISO 9001 licensed.
Technology was introduced from USA in 1980’ s. More than 40 models
and sizes of sucker rod pumps are available with the diameter
ranging from 28 mm to 108 mm. Annual production capacity: 150, 000
sets .
Conventional pump types: rod pump, tubing pump and special purpose
pump.
2. Structure of pump
The main spare parts of subsurface sucker rod pumps are barrel,
plunger and valve.
