Safe Operation Rules

Only those who are familiar with the safety operation rules and maintenance requirements of this type of tension machine and have received professional training are allowed to operate this tension machine.

(1) The two operators of the stretcher must communicate with each other to avoid serious accidents caused by the traction of the stretcher before it is in the tension release condition.

(2) When the tension machine is working, the operator is forbidden to give up control or leave the tension machine.

(3) When operating the tension machine, the control handle and the adjustment pressure should be smooth, and excessive and too fast force should be avoided to avoid brutal operation. Special attention should be paid to it is forbidden to greatly reduce or increase the tension when tension is laid out, which will cause the wire to fluctuate too much and damage the span frame and other buildings.

(4) It is strictly forbidden to put the brake handle in the brake position during tension discharge, otherwise it will lead to serious accidents.

(5) It is absolutely forbidden to use reverse pull function as brake.

(6) During tension discharge, each meter should be continuously observed, and the hydraulic oil temperature should not exceed 85℃; Oil filling pressure (back pressure) shall not be lower than 1.8mpa, shall not be higher than 2.5mpa; The brake oil pressure shall not be lower than 3.5mpa and shall not be higher than 6Mpa. Otherwise, stop the machine for inspection immediately.

(7) The pressure of the safety valve has been pre-adjusted, so do not adjust it randomly. If the tension machine does not work due to unauthorized adjustment of safety valve, it will bring you a lot of trouble and loss.

(9) The fastening condition of fixing bolts of nylon lining block should be checked regularly to prevent unnecessary losses caused by loosening and wear of wires caused by fixing bolts.

(10) When the tension machine runs, keep the engine running at medium speed to maintain high power and prevent the hydraulic oil from overheating.

(11) When tension is laid out, the "tension wheel direction control" knob should be in the middle position, and it is strictly prohibited to move at will, otherwise it is easy to cause serious accidents such as line running.

(12) Under the driving condition, the driving direction of the tension machine must be changed after the tension wheel stops completely before the driving direction can be changed.
