Sun Type Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Armoring Machine For Cable
Processing
1. Application
There are two kinds of wire armoring machines, one planetary &
sun type structure and the other rigid type armoring machine. But
the planetary & sun type wire armoring machine with cradle
locking unit and back-twist unit, which will meet the steel wire
armoring with back-twist and also the steel strips armoring.
2. Main features
2.1The cable and air path inside the machine are hidden in the base
square tube to avoid damage and disorder.
2.2Reinforcement is added to the front support of the main machine
to increase stability. The wire die base is connected to the front
support of the main machine, which has stronger integration and
better mechanical rigidity.
2.3The front and rear shaft heads of the main machine are made of
integrated steel castings to avoid cracking caused by welding.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area
of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our
company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs. Annual
output value is over 10 million dollars at present,and has
developed into one of the most important Stranding Machine
Manufacturer in China.
