Auto 5000ton to 30000tons Pet Flakes To Polyester Staple Fiber production line
This complete set of equipment takes polyester chip as raw material, adopts the melting spinning technology and the technology of variable-frequency drive after drafting, curling, cutting and packaging processing machine to produce polyester staple fiber products with high strength and low elongation.
1.1 Main production unit: Including cluster, drafting, tension shaping, crimping, drying,
cutting and packing equipment.
1.2 Auxiliary production equipment: assembly preparation equipment, oil preparation system, physical
inspection instrument, laboratory instrument
1.3 Utility installations: substations, thermal stations, water supply systems, air pressure
systems, sewage treatment systems, ventilation systems and other
integrated facilities.
Cotton fiber process:
Cluster frame and spinning frame --- seven roller spinning
machine --- drafting of the leaching tank - the first draft machine
- water bath tank to the second drawing machine, steam draw box to
tension machine (including flash system), spray cooling to the
third drawing machine, folding machine to the tractor - tension
frame - steam preheating box, crimping machine to machine shop,
relaxation heat setting machine to traction tension machine,
cutting machine, belt conveyor, baling press.
