Product Description:

Stainless Steel Wire Rope Mesh is assembled by seamless rope ferrules and stainless steel wire rope. These assemblies are made of either 316 grade or 304 grade stainless steel material and can be stretched at either a 60 degree or 90 degree angle for optimal use.

A piece of this mesh consists of wire rope size, opening size, diamond direction, border design, and piece size. Generally accepted wire rope sizes are 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, and 3mm for 7 x 7 rope, and 3mm for 7 x 19 rope. C/C measurements for openings vary from 15mm - 400mm.

The border design is intended for mounting, and its style will depend on the application for each unique mesh.

Our range of products is designed and tested to function at as much as five times the product Safe Working Load (SWL). They are capable of withstanding both very high temperatures (up to 500°C) and very low temperatures (-40°C). Moreover, users are able to retain most fixture mounting brackets, as long as the SWL is not exceeded. For shipping, the carton boxes are loaded into wooden crates or wooden boxes, and then shipped according to the customer's requirements. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
