Galvanized coil is a thin steel sheet that is immersed in a molten zinc tank to adhere a layer of zinc to its surface. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel sheet is continuously immersed in a molten zinc plating tank to make a galvanized steel sheet. This process includes hot dip method and alloying method. The hot dip method is to immerse the steel sheet in a molten zinc tank, while the alloying method is to heat it to about 500℃ immediately after leaving the tank to form an alloy film of zinc and iron.
