Four, the characteristics of the wear plate:

2, heat resistance: under normal circumstances, the wear plate below 600 degrees can be used normally, and if we add some vanadium and molybdenum in the production of wear plate, then the high temperature below 800 degrees is no problem.

3, corrosion resistance: because the wear plate contains a lot of chromium, so the corrosion resistance of the wear plate is excellent, do not worry about corrosion and other conditions.

4, cost performance: the price of wear-resisting plate is 3~4 times of ordinary steel plate, but the service life of wear-resisting plate is more than 10 times longer than ordinary steel plate, so its cost performance is relatively high.

5, convenient processing: wear-resistant plate weldability is very strong, and it can also be very convenient to bend into various shapes, processing is very convenient.

 

Low-carbon wear-resisting plate includes ordinary low-carbon wear-resisting plate, high-quality low-carbon wear-resisting plate, low-carbon boiler steel, as well as low-carbon container steel, bridge steel, etc.. Carbon content is less than 0.25%. Because of low carbon wear-resisting plate carbon content is low, good weldability, usually do not need to take special technological measures, you can obtain high quality welding joint.

 

The welding quality

 

Among them, cold rolled plate, hot rolled plate, galvanized plate, channel steel four materials are low carbon steel. Low carbon wear-resisting plate is characterized by low carbon content, Mn and Si content is less usually not due to welding in the heat affected area hardening organization, steel plastic is better, welding joint crack tendency is small, so

They are the best weldable steels. As long as we pay attention to the following aspects, the welding quality of the weld can be guaranteed:

 

(1) before removing rust, oil, water and other impurities on the surface of the welding parts, the electrode and flux must be dried.

 

(2) Deep and narrow groove forms should be avoided in welding seams, the first layer of butt multilayer welding seam and single pass welding seam, so as to prevent cracks, incomplete welding, slag inclusion and other defects.

 

(3) the stiffness of the structural parts increases, and the crack tendency of the weld also increases, so when welding the structural parts with large stiffness, it is appropriate to choose low hydrogen alkaline electrode, preheating before welding or stress elimination heat treatment measures after welding.

 

(4) the joint cooling speed is faster when the environmental temperature is below -10 ℃ when welding the low carbon wear-resisting plate. In order to prevent cracks, the following measures should be taken to slow down the cooling speed: (1) preheating before welding, maintaining the temperature between layers when welding; The use of low hydrogen or ultra low hydrogen welding materials; (3) spot solid welding must increase the welding current, appropriately increase the weld section and length of spot solid welding, if necessary, take preheating welding front page; (4) after the whole welding seam is welded, try to avoid interruption, and fill the arc pit when the arc is extinguished.
