Product Description
Cu-Cr-Ag-Fe-Ti-Si alloy is a high-strength high-conductivity alloy with excellent. Electrical conductivity,

The content of pure copper is 99.5~99.95%. It is soft metal,
purplish red.
Good ductility, high plasticity. High thermal and electrical
conductivity (second only to silver). High corrosion resistance
(sea water, atmosphere), good welding performance, no magnetic
conductivity.
It can be recycled many times without loss of mechanical
properties.

Brass is a yellow alloy of copper and zinc. It has excellent
mechanical properties and strong wear resistance. When zinc content
is less than 35%, zinc can dissolve in copper to form single phase
A, called single phase brass, good plasticity, suitable for hot and
cold processing.
When the zinc content is 36%~46%, there is a single phase and copper zinc based β solid solution, called dual-phase brass, β phase makes the plasticity of brass decreased and the tensile strength increased, only suitable for hot pressure processing.
When zinc content > At 46%, the alloy becomes too hard and brittle to be useful.
The brass grade is represented by "H + number", where H represents brass and number represents the mass fraction of copper. Such as our commonly used environmental protection copper H59, H62 copper.
