Monel 400, which is a nickel-copper alloy known for its high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. It typically contains around 67% nickel and 30% copper, with small amounts of other elements such as iron, manganese, silicon, and carbon. WNRF flanges feature a long and tapered neck that is welded to the pipe. This design allows for a smooth flow of fluids, reduces turbulence, and provides a strong connection. The neck also acts as a reinforcement, making WNRF flanges suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. The flanges have a raised face on the connection surface. This raised portion provides additional sealing surface and helps prevent leakage.
