Applications

The Medical Waste Autoclave Line is designed to service hospitals and large medical centers that need to process high volumes of medical waste safely and on site.

Materials

1. Chamber/Jacket: three types are optional, SS304/Steel, SS304/SS304 or SS316L/SS304

2. Door: interior surface material same as the chamber’s

3. Loading trays or loading carts: SS304/SS316L, same as the chamber’s

4. Trolleys: SS304

5. Stand & frame: painted Mild Steel or stainless steel

6. External cover: brushed stainless steel

Safety Features

• A cycle cannot start until the doors are locked and sealed. 
• Steam / heating cannot be applied to the chamber unless the doors are locked and sealed. 
• The door release is interlocked with the chamber safety pressure limit to ensure all residual pressure has completely and effectively vented to atmosphere before the doors can be opened.
• The doors will retain their positions in the event of failure of any service. 
• The doors are thermally insulated to prevent the surface temperature presenting a hazard to operators. 
• If the pressure in the chamber exceeds 10KPa the doors remains locked.
