Materials : Brass(H65,H80),Red copper,Phosphor Bronze.
Weaving Pattern : Plain Weave,Twill Weave
Application : Shielding,metal powder filtration,ceramic printing,the pharmaceutical.
Characteristic : Low brass (80% copper and 20% zinc)is the commen brass alloy used in wire cloth.Red brass (65% copper and 15% zins)is also wildly used.Both have good corrosion resistance.Brass material cold works better than red copper.Corrosion resistanse and formability are excellent of phosphor bronze,it's suitable for weaving.Material properties fall in between 1-250 mesh,red copper mesh 1-200 mesh,and Phosphor Bronze wire mesh 1-400 mesh.
