- It is a special water treatment equipment that can automatically

Stainless steel drain grate grille working principle
- The stainless steel grille is assembled from a unique set of molars
into a set of swivel grill chains. Driven by the motor reducer, the
chain of the tooth is rotated in the direction of the reverse flow,
and the scum floating on the water surface is salvaged. When the
chain is moved to the upper part of the device, each group is
guided by the guide wheel and the curved track. Relative
self-clearing motion occurs between the molars, and most of the
solid matter falls by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse
movement of the cleaner to clean the debris sticking to the molars.
- According to the direction of the water flow, the dent chain is
similar to the grid, and the molar gap assembled on the sprocket
chain can be selected according to the conditions of use. When the
molars separate the solid suspension in the fluid, the flow of
water can be ensured. The whole work process is continuous or
intermittent

noise, good corrosion resistance, continuous and stable operation
under unattended conditions, and its own mechanical overload safety
protection device. In the event of equipment failure, the shear pin
is cut to avoid overloading the equipment and damaging equipment
components.
- The device can adjust the running interval of the equipment
according to the user's needs to achieve periodic operation; the
device can be automatically controlled to start and stop according
to the liquid level difference before and after the grille; and
there is manual control function to facilitate maintenance. Users
can choose according to different work needs.
- Due to the reasonable structural design of the equipment, when the
equipment is working, it has a strong self-cleaning ability and
does not cause clogging, so the daily maintenance workload is
small.
