Pre-paint :
Pre-paint steel is a bare metal substrate or corrosion resistant substrate that has had paint applied to both sides through a continuous coil
coating process, which produces a uniform paint finish. The metal is unwound, cleaned and chemically treated during the process.
Application:
Pre-painted Galvanized Iron (PPGI)
The hot dip metallic coating process is typically used to coat
steel sheet and coil which all may be factory pre-painted like
PPGI. PPGI is also used to refer to metallic coated steels that
have been pre-painted, by TSC offers PPGI that is zinc coated
steel
