Dutch twilled weave Wire Mesh Introduction:


Twilled dutch weave is a particularly robust mesh in relation to its fineness, which makes it ideally suited to heavy-duty filtration tasks.

These properties are realized through the high material density of this lightproof metal fabric. The density is provided by a twilled weave (2/2) with a small number of thick warp wires and significantly more weft wires. Due to the complex manufacturing process, production of this mesh takes longer than that of other meshes, we keep pre-assembled twilled dutch weave in stock for its customers.

 

Our produces TWILLED DUTCH WEAVE with a fineness of 5 μm to 250 μm absolute aperture. Twilled dutch weave is produced on the basis of the common materials in accordance with DIN 1.4306/1.4404. On request customized versions with special materials such as nickel or Hastelloy are also available.
