CSD series precision ceramic spray dryer

 

General description

  • Spray drying process can be used almost all the liquid pumping a continuous process for the free flow of powder. Working principle is that in the drying chamber will be expected to disperse into the liquid through the atomizer mist droplets, and then heated with hot air of these droplet method of access to products, the entire process without manual handling.
  • CSD Series spray dryer is a new generation dedicated dryer. Is our technical staff in the LPG Models based on technological innovations introduced by the upgrading of products. This machine has a small footprint, simple operation, reliable features, and can prepare good sphericity, particle size distribution of powder, so can significantly improve the density and pressure products.

Adoption of new M-type atomizer

 

 

The atomizer has the following characteristics:

 

● High speed Electric rotary atomizer, maximum revolving speed 30,000rpm:

① Can get free-flowing powder

② Can get uniformly-distributed particle size

③ Attachment decreasing in tangent line.

④ Particle size is adjustable by changing atomization wheel rotating speed or compressed air pressure.

   

 

● Low-cap-type exhaust structure designed to ensure that most of the powders were collected at the bottom of the drying tower, only a small amount of powder into the Cyclone Separator or bag filter, as can greatly reduces the pressure in the gas-solid separation process of the downstream dust collector.

● The heating system uses non-oxidizing heating pipe fittings. The air entering the drying room is all filtered through 3-stage filtration including primary, intermediate and high-temperature high-efficiency filter, and the purification level reaches more than one hundred thousand grade. External impurities are prevented from being mixed into the product to affect the post-processing procedures such as molding and sintering of the product.

 

● The novel pulse dust collector is specially made of a new generation of advanced laminating material from DuPont (USA). This corrugated filter element has the characteristics of large filtering area, convenient cleaning, strong reusability, good antistatic effect, and high temperature resistance. At the same time, it has a significant recovery efficiency for the recovery of fine powder.

● The powder-extraction pipeline adopts quick-installed sanitary pipe fittings (the inner and outer walls of the pipe fittings are all mirror -polished to prevent powder accumulation in the pipeline). The drying room is equipped with manholes for cleaning and observation and climbing ladders for easy disassembly, cleaning, and product replacement.

 

● Two fluid nozzle, Located in both chamber ceiling centre and cone side of chamber. Can handle high density or viscosity feeds.

● Shock base on the cone is used to avoid wall deposit.

● Fresh air will be heated by electric heater, and cleaned by air filter(F4,F9,H13)

● High-efficiency cyclone: yielding is about 98% for ≥5μpowder.

● Drying chamber design includes manhole, Powder pipeline adopts sanitary tubes

and clamps for easy maintain and cleaning.

● Automation: adopts Siemens S7-1200 with 12’ A color touch screen.
