Product Description

It is applicable to the production of micro particles powder in the laboratories of universities, research institutes and food, medicine and chemical industry enterprises.Because the ejecting material is only exposed to high temperature and instant heat when it is sprayed into mist, these active materials still maintain their active components unchanged after drying. Specifically used in the following fields: beverage flavor and pigment milk and egg products plant and vegetable extracts pharmaceutical synthesis thermosensitive substances plastic polymers and resin aromatics blood products and superconductor biochemical products dye soap and detergent food adhesives oxide bone powder and tooth powder and so on.

Main features:

1. Original imported sprinkler head, high efficiency.

2. Large color touch screen operation, fully automatic control and manual control, Chinese and English panels, parameter LCD display.

3. Real-time PID thermostat control technology, accurate temperature control, heating temperature control precision ±1℃.

4. The spray, drying and collection device is made of transparent high quality high temperature resistant high borosilicate glass. The whole spray drying experiment process can be seen.

5. Atomization structure of fluid spray, made of high-precision 316 stainless steel material, normal distribution of powder diameter, good fluidity.

6. The jet machine will automatically dredge (pass needle) with adjustable frequency. When the nozzle is blocked, it will automatically clear to ensure the continuity of the experiment.

7. Feeding amount can be adjusted by feeding peristaltic pump.

8. Special protection function, fan does not start, heater cannot start. 9. Built-in imported oil free air compressor, noise less than 50db.

10. Equipped with air inlet filter to ensure sample purity.

11. After drying, the product are even granulation, and 95% of the dry powder in the same granulation.
