Main weld Frame

Four sets of MF transformers are employed to regulate six sets of welding electrodes, ensuring optimal welding quality for each welding point. The bilateral piano-style welding technique expedites the welding process significantly. Each metallic grid mesh can be completed within one minute.

The design incorporates upper and lower air cylinders to guarantee a flat welding position. Additionally, the welding electrodes feature a screw design, enhancing durability with each use.

Six-Head IBC Frame Automatic Welding Machine
The welding power system is engineered with precision, featuring four sets of advanced MF DC power sources. This sophisticated design enables the simultaneous execution of welding at six different spots, showcasing a remarkable capacity for multitasking. Introducing a dual-layer fixture feeder enhances operational efficiency – while one fixture is actively engaged in the welding process, the other can seamlessly load materials, ensuring a continuous and streamlined workflow.

Flat Tube Mesh and Firm Welding Qualit
The welding apparatus seamlessly transforms tubes into a distinctive flat mesh configuration, ensuring welds of unparalleled strength and robust quality. The welding process is efficiently completed in approximately 60 seconds, underscoring both speed and precision in the fabrication of each flat mesh.

Vertical Double Station IBC Frame Bending Machine

The IBC cage frame dual-station bending machine undergoes comprehensive processing to guarantee not only high precision in bending but also stable operations and remarkable efficiency.

Bend the Flat Mesh into Square Shape

The bending machine expertly transforms the flat mesh into a precisely squared frame. Achieving the bending process in approximately 20-25 seconds highlights the machine's efficiency and rapid production capability.

Bending Beam

  1. CNC processed bending beam is used to ensure the bending angle.

  2. Each mold on the bending beam can be adjusted upward and downward for about 3mm to increase bending range.

  3. 120 degree mold design made each bending angle more smooth.

Bending Frame

The machine frame boasts a robust rectangle design, featuring thicker steel columns and a door-shaped cover panel, ensuring exceptional firmness and stability.

Hydraulic Pressure Station

Specifically designed for bending pallet tank meshes, the IBC bending machine expertly shapes them into rectangular frames with precise dimensions of (1200±5mm)×(1000±5mm). This hydraulic-powered station guarantees optimal bending performance.

The IBC cage frame locking machine is meticulously crafted as a cohesive unit, boasting exceptional precision in insertion, robust locking strength, and a seamless blend of stability and efficiency during operation.

Locking Efficiency and Quality

Adjustable Clinching Arm:

Tailored to different IBC metallic cage designs, the adjustable clinching arm widens the machine's working range.
The hydraulic and pneumatic design of the clinching arm enhances machine efficiency.
The clinching arm is also engineered for the automatic joining of the two sides of the pipe.
Hydraulic Clinching Mold:
Featuring a hydraulic system, the clinching mold creates tight clinching spots for the pipe, preventing the metallic cage from cracking.

Hydraulic Pressure Station:
Equipped with an auto-sending device, the hydraulic pressure station ensures a smooth and efficient production process for metallic cages.

IBC cage frame hole making and punching machine is used to form the hole on the frame, so the complete frame can be fixed on the base frame.
