Hwashi Storage Drawer SPCC Steel Basket Welding Machine Making Machine

This special production line is used for making steel basket. It includes various machines that perform different tasks such as making the mesh, flattening the mesh, cutting the mesh, pressing the mesh into the basket shape, welding the baskets, making the steel handles, and sealing the edges.

Steel Basket Making Process

Hwashi Storage Drawer SPCC Steel Basket Welding Machine Making Machine is a special designed production line for making steel basket. The whole line machine includes mesh making machine, mesh flattening machine, mesh cutting machine, hydraulic pressing machine for forming the basket, basket welding machine, steel handle making machines, edge sealing machine, etc. The complete line output rate is about 450-500pcs/shift. We can offer you the complete line solution from raw material to finished product. We can help you to set up the production line from zero to one.

Project background:

Material: SPCC metal. Sheet material thickness: 0.4mm Mesh hole size: 3.5x6mm. Side bar material thickness: 1mm Product size: min: 386x324x85mm. max: 461x361x185mm

1) Mesh making from sheet coil

Manually put the sheet coil onto the sheet decoiler, then feed the sheet coil to the mesh making machine. The mesh making machine will punch the mesh hole according to the required size. Then the mesh coiling machine will coil the mesh after punching.

Sheet Coil will be Made into Mesh Coil

The mesh coiling machine and feeder machine are applied to the mesh making machine with motor driven to achieve material coiling and feeding.

2) Base mesh/side mesh flattening machine

Manually put the mesh coil to the decoiler, and feed the coil to the flattening machine. Then the machine will do the mesh flattening and cutting automatically.

Mesh Cutting Machine

The machine will cut the mesh into square shape as per request. It will take about 2-3 second to finsh one piece.

3) Hydraulic Press Machine-Side mesh cutting into trapezoid

Put the square shape side mesh into the hydraulic pressing machine, then the machine will cut the square mesh into trapezoid shape.

4) Hydraulic Press Machine-Base Mesh Handle Cutting

Put the square shape base mesh into the hydraulic pressing machine, then the machine will cut the handle hole according to the drawing. If there are two handles, then need to cut the two holes separately.

5) Hydraulic Press Machine-Base Mesh Forming

Put the square shape base mesh into the hydraulic pressing machine, then the machine will form the base mesh into U shape as per drawing.

6) Hydraulic Press Machine-Side Mesh Forming

Put the trapezoid shape side mesh into the hydraulic pressing machine, then the machine will form the side mesh into the shape as per drawing.

6) Side bar/handle bar straightening, forming and cutting

Manually put the steel strip coil into decoiler, and feed it to the straightening and forming machine, the strip will be formed into V-shape. The machine is driven by servo motor. It will automatically calculated the length and cut according to the required length.

7) Side bar bending into frame

Basket side bar bending machine is a kind of double head bending machine. Use electrical control, hydraulic drive to achieve cold winding bending in manual, automatic, half cycle, full cycle mode with flexible choice.

8) Side bar frame butt welding

The frame butt welding machine will join the two edges of the V shape side bar into one frame

9) Handle bar bending into U-shape

Manually put the V-shape handle bar into the hydraulic press machine. Each time you can put two pieces of handle bar. Then the hydraulic machine will press the handle into U-shape as per drawings.

10) Base mesh and side mesh assembly by spot welding

This machine is mainly for spot welding of the base mesh and side mesh.

11) Base mesh and side mesh full welding

After manual spot welding to assembly the base mesh and side mesh. Then put the product onto the multi-head row welding machine to complete the whole welding.

12) Handle bar hydraulic sealing to base mesh

Manually put the U-shape handle bar to the base mesh. And put it into the hydraulic press machine. Then the machine will seal the handle bar to the base mesh. If there are two handles, then need to finish the handle bar sealing two times separately.

13) Side bar hydraulic sealing to the base mesh

Manually put the side bar frame to the base mesh. And put it into the hydraulic press machine. Then the machine will seal the side bar to the base mesh.
