Description
Fuel injection pump is an important part of automobile diesel engine. The fuel injection pump assembly is usually a whole composed of fuel injection pump, governor and other components installed together. The fuel injection pump is mainly composed of four parts: the pump oil mechanism, the fuel supply adjustment mechanism, the driving mechanism and the fuel injection pump body. Among them, the oil pump mechanism includes the plunger coupler, the oil outlet valve couple, etc.; the oil supply amount adjustment mechanism refers to the rack-type oil amount adjustment mechanism or the fork-type oil amount adjustment mechanism; the driving mechanism includes camshafts, tappet assemblies, etc. ; The fuel injection pump body is the installation base of the above three, and it is required to have sufficient strength, rigidity and sealing, and to facilitate disassembly, adjustment and maintenance.
Characteristic
1. Increase the oil pressure (constant pressure): increase the
injection pressure to 10MPa ~ 20MPa.
2. Control fuel injection time (timing): fuel injection and stop
fuel injection at specified time.

engine.
