The gear oil pump has high oil supply pressure, simple structure, easy processing, stable operation and long service life, and is widely used;
Working principle: When the engine is working, the driving gear loed on the camshaft drives the transmission gear of the oil pump, which causes the driving gear fixed on the driving gear shaft to rotate, and the driven gear rotates in the opposite direction under the action of the driving gear. Then the oil is sent from the oil inlet chamber to the oil outlet chamber along the tooth gap and the pump wall. At this time, a low pressure is formed at the oil inlet cavity, which is relatively low, and high pressure is formed in the oil pan. According to the movement mode of high and low pressure, the high pressure oil in the oil pan is sucked into the oil cavity as a low pressure. Due to the continuous rotation of the main and driven gears and the reciproing work, the oil will be continuously pressed to the corresponding parts, so that those friction parts can be fully lubried, slow down the wear of parts, improve their performance and prolong their service life.
