Description

Hydraulic Seals are used to prevent leakage from the cylinders. Hydraulic Seals are able to withstand high pressures, extreme temperatures and transverse forces within the cylinder. The main function for Hydraulic Seals functions goes far beyond preventing fluid leakage.

Seals play an important role in hydraulic cylinders—they contain the fluid and prevent the leakage of fluid between components. They fall into two main egories: dynamic and static. Dynamic seals are used in between parts that are in relative motion. The seals for a rod sealing system protect the dynamic reciproing motion for the piston rod and head. The dynamic reciproing motion between the piston and cylinder bore is another area of a hydraulic cylinder that uses dynamic seals.
 
 
Characteristic

1.The working principle of the hydraulic breaker: The gas-liquid hydraulic breaker is used to control the opening and closing of the oil passage of the other through the piston and the high-speed reversing valve. To realize the high-speed reciproing stroke movement of the piston in the cylinder under the combined action of high-pressure nitrogen and high-pressure oil.

If in doubt, consult one of the many seal handbooks available on fluid compatibility. Cartridges cannot be converted to a different seal material by simply changing the external seals. Most cartridge valves incorporate internal seals which can only be replaced by first disassembling the valve.
