• Pay attention to the time along the groove when the raw material shows a prominent speckled surface, and note the number of graduations between 5 and 10 in a 3mm wide groove,Use the higher number of scales as the grinding fineness, regardless of when the speckled surface starts to appear,any scattered spots on the tape. Clean immediately after using the fineness plate.
• Scraper surface and scraper crossing should not be bumped
• Wash and apply anti-rust oil after use
• Regularly check the straightness of the scraper and the blade for one year, and repair it in time if it does not meet the standards
• This instrument is suitable for room temperature 22 ± 1 ℃ and 70% relative humidity to ensure accuracy
