1. When the valve is manufactured in batches with a certain

test the following performance:
① Opening and closing torque of valve under working pressure;

③ Detection of flow resistance coefficient of valve under pipeline
water transmission condition.
2. The valve shall undergo the following tests before delivery:
① When the valve is open, the valve body shall withstand the
internal pressure detection of twice the working pressure of the
valve;
② When the valve is closed, both sides shall bear 1.1 times of the
valve working pressure, without leakage; However, the leakage value
of the metal sealed butterfly valve shall not be greater than the
relevant requirements.
