100M strip light production line
100M / 50M/200M/ any length LED strip light all are using the necessary step:
1. Prepare the raw material, such as the SMD components(LED chip/resistor), solder paste, FPCB, etc
2. Confirm which part need produce by yourself. For roll led strip light, there are different part, mainly included: LED lighting board, Glue part.
Some will buy skd from led lighting fpc supplier and assembly by themselves. For big manufacturing, usually need prepare whole line for producing whole lamp
3.Main Machine list:
| SMT Line | In this line, the finished product is FPCBA, the lighting board, mainly included: printer, pick and place machine 25M belt line, reflow oven machine, roll unloader machine |
| Test and checking line | After SMT line will need test the whole FPCB, like lighting test, material miss checking |
| Splitting line | After test lighting, will need splitting the whole FPCB into the single led strip light |
| Extruction line | By this line is glue the led light for waterproof |
Above main four steps, the whole led lamp is finished, only need packing and test light again.
