JUKI FEEDER Calibrator
1. The structure of the whole machine is simplified, the operation is simple, and the function is optimized. And use high-precision gears to ensure position stability and greatly improve work efficiency.

| Installation and use |
| 1. Turn on: Connect the signal line of the calibration instrument to the VIDEO interface of the monitor, confirm the power supply, and connect the power supply of the monitor and the calibration instrument. |
| 2. Use of operation panel: |
| POWER (ON/OFF) power switch: used to control the power switch of the machine. Press to the ON direction to connect the machine to the power supply, and press the OFF direction to disconnect the power supply of the machine. |
| Cycle/stop key: Press cycle/stop key once to pneumatically drive the feeder one step forward. |
| auto/manual key: Press the auto/manual key once, the indicator light is on, |
| Will continuously drive the feeder forward. Press the auto/manual key again to pause. |
| Speed control key: Adjust the speed control switch, and the drive speed will change accordingly. |
| FEEDER adjustment |
| 1. Install the calibration ruler on a FEEDER with the best placement rate in production, and install the FEEDER on the placement platform. |
| 2. Adjust the focal length and H axis so that the monitor will illuminate the center of the small hole of FEEDER's suction position, and lock it until the cross point of the cross cursor in the monitor is clearly visible, and then adjust the X and Y axis to make the center of the small hole of FEEDER's suction position Cross-lock in the center of the cross cursor in the display. The preparation work here has been completed; please do not move the X, Y, and H axes again. |
| 3. Remove the FEEDER with the calibration ruler; put the FEEDER to be calibrated on the FEEDER calibration tool, and press the single-action button to observe whether the center of the suction material is consistent with the intersection in the display. If not, please Adjust the eccentric bolt on FEEDER to make it fit. Check whether the gear is worn or not, and whether the adjusted screws are tightened. |
