DLMS/COSEM Smart Electric Meters Three Phase Four Wires KWH Meter with Multi Function
Brief introduct
Three Phase Four Wires Smart Energy Meter with system
prepaid and automatic meter reading. It complies with open
standard and can operate under standard vending system from third
parties.
Basic Functionalities:
Measurement:
Forward and reverse active energy measuring; Energy measuring in
step or TOU (Optional); Measures instantaneous voltage, current,
power, power factor and frequency in split phase.
Display:
8 digits of LCD display; Balance display configurable; LCD backlight to increase readability in low light conditions; Scrolling display configurable for instant information enquiry; Display the latest 6 months active energy consumption; 12 months billing data and more frozen data for inquiry; Display readable without main power(RWP).
Tariffs:
Tariff in step; Tariff prepayment, Switch out use up; Prepayment is
made via a numeric token logged in the IC card; Prepayment and
post-payment mode switchable for users' convenience; Balance
alarming and surplus days available alarming configurable(Surplus
available days alarming works only under step tariff), alarm value
configurable; IC card can be made up at any time without any
economic loss; Emergency credit for a certain sum of energy supply
depending on user's credit level.
Demand:
Measuring active, reactive maximum demand and demand in TOU; Block
or slide mode configurable.
Meter cover and terminal cover open detection and record; Terminal
cover open alarming and switching trip, by pass; Large magnetic
immunity.
Load Control (Optional):
Load limitation, overrun switch, timing auto power recover, alarm
value configurable.
User-Friendly Mode(Optional): Support energy supply for low credit
during weekends or holidays.
Pulse Output:
The pulse of the meter is sync outputted by LED and auxiliary
terminal(Optional).
Real Time Clock(RTC): Built-in hardware clock circuit with
temperature compensation function is adopted, with functions of
calendar and timing.
Communication Interface and protocol:
Optical communication interface, RS485 Communication; Comply with
DLMS and COSEM protocol.

Notes:
No device inside can be adjust by user.
When installing and using, there should be tight enough for each connection line, to avoid from any bad connection which would cause heating to damage the meter. Make sure of the right connection of input and output. Please install the meter on local where is dry and ventilated. Don’t put in the place under direct highlight, especial for infrared window. When using infrared communication, it should take more attention to avoid from any disturb from highlight to infrared interface, and please adjust the distance and angel of infrared, to make sure of reliable communication.
