Operating principle:
The principle of an ultrasonic cleaner is to convert the acoustic
energy of a power ultrasonic frequency source into mechanical
vibration via a converter and irradiate the cleaning liquid in the
tank with ultrasonic waves through the wall of the cleaning tank.
The radiation of ultrasonic waves allows the microbubbles in the
liquid in the tank to continue to vibrate under the action of the
sound waves. It destroys dirt and adsorption on the surface of the
cleaning part, eliminates fatigue damage of the dirt layer, and
rubs the solid surface with the vibration of bubbles.
