Feature: the material contains a large number of connected or
semi-connected pores, the pore structure is composed of regular and
irregular powder particles, the size and distribution of pores and
the size of porosity can be adjusted according to the powder
particle size combination and preparation process to meet the
actual needs of customers.
2. Instructions of nickel-base alloy sintered porous materials
Nickel-based alloy based on nickel substrate within 650-1000 ℃ has
high strength and good resistance to oxidation and gas corrosion
resistance of high-temperature alloy material.
- MONEL sintered porous materials
- Monel alloy is a corrosion-resistant alloy with high temperature,
high strength, and excellent comprehensive performance. It has
excellent corrosion resistance in hydrofluoric acid and fluorine
gas medium and also has excellent corrosion resistance to hot
concentrated alkali solution. It is also resistant to corrosion of
neutral solution, water, seawater, atmosphere, and organic
compounds. Monel alloy porous material in the power plant can be
used for making seamless filtering elements in the water pipe,
steam pipe, the water exchange and evaporator of filtration
devices, filter elements, sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid
environment of crude oil distillation filtering device, used in
water filtration equipment, and nuclear industry used in the
manufacture of uranium refining and isotope separation filtration
equipment, filter elements in hydrochloric acid production
equipment, filter element in a low-temperature zone of the
hydrofluoric acid system in alkylation unit of refinery.
- INCONEL sintered porous materials
- Inconel alloy has good high-temperature corrosion resistance and
oxidation resistance, excellent cold, and hot processing and
welding performance, resistance to chlorine, hydrogen fluoride,
hydrogen chloride corrosion.
- INCONEL alloy sintered porous material has the characteristics of
high filtration accuracy, good air permeability, and high
mechanical strength. It is widely used in compressed air deoiled
purification, crude oil sand removal filtration, nitrogen, and
hydrogen filtration, pure oxygen filtration, bubble generator,
fluidized bed gas distribution and other fields in pneumatic
components, chemical industry, environmental protection, and other
industries.
