Porous Titanium Sintered Metal Filter Disc For PEM Electrolysers Water Electrolysis
1. Manufacturing Technique
Titanium sintered porous material is a kind of porous material with
high quality spherical and high purity titanium powder as raw
material and it is made rigid by forming and sintering at high
temperature.
Feature: the material contains a large number of connected or
semi-connected pores, the pore structure is composed of regular and
irregular powder particles, the size and distribution of pores and
the size of porosity can be adjusted according to the powder
particle size combination and preparation process to meet the
actual needs of customers.
2. Specification of titanium sintered porous materials
Material | Filter Rating | Porosity | working pressure | Operating temperature | shape | Penetrabiltity | Specific surface area |
titanium powder | 0.5um-70um | 30-45% | 2.0MPa | 300℃ | Round Disc,Sheet, Tube,Round Bar,cap. | 3-800M³/M²hKPa | 10-40cm²/cm³ |
3. Specification of porous titanium disc
Size:Max OD 300mm
Thickness : 0.5-2.2mm
Micro pore size: 5-100um
4. Application of titanium sintered porous materials
Titanium sintered porous materials are mostly used for filtering materials, electrodes, heat transfer materials, catalyst carrier materials, noise cancelling materials according to their physical and structural properties.
It is mainly used for filtration and purification of liquid and gas. It is widely used in petrochemical and biomedicine. It is also the material of ozone aeration technology - ozone diffusion plate. In the hydrogen energy industry, it is widely used as a porous electrode material because of its good electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance and affinity with hydrogen, which can be coated with platinum, ruthenium and iridium and other metals to enhance its electrocatalytic performance.
5. Titanium sintered porous materials are allowed to use in the environment
Nitric acid, sulfuric acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, phosphoric acid, 5% hydrochloric acid, molten sodium, liquid hydrogen, liquid nitrogen, hydrogen sulfide, acetylene, hydrogen, carbon dioxide gas, water vapor etc.
6. Precautions for the use of titanium sintered porous materials:
