ID Card Reader packing:
Usually, one card reader is packed in one small carton and the size
is 40*29*26cm: and if a customer places a large order, in this
situation, those small cartons are packed in larger one, the size
is 61cm x 42cm x 55cm.
We cooperate with FEDEX, DHL, TNT, & UPS, and will ship the scanner once we received your payment.
Q1. What types of document can I scan?
A: We currently support all ICAO compliant documents such as
passport, e-passports, visas, government-issued ID cards, and
driver license.

A: Yes, the most of our products are in stock. We can send the
goods out within 3 days after payment received.
Q3. Can you make OEM products?
A: Yes, OEM products are available for customers as long as
customers meet the MOQ.
Q4. What warranty and after-sale service do you offer?
A: We provide the one-year warranty. During the warranty period, we
will be responsible for the damage caused by non-human factors. If
it is over the warranty period, we will continue to provide service

A: We don't provide the customer with free sample. After we receive
the payment, we can start the delivery from our stock. The sample
unit will be shipped out via air express.

A: Yes, ID Card reader can extracts photo from the scanned
passport, ID cards and visa and etc.
