Descriptions:
Surface set bits are still a favoured alternative for softer
formations, or in highly abrasive ground where the balance in an
impregnated bit between matrix erosion and diamond wear would be
upset by the aggressive rock conditions.
The core drill bit with natural-surface set is mainly used to drill
relatively complete medium to high -hard formulations. There are 15
to 100 diamonds set on the matrix surface.
It's mainly made up of particles of diamonds, steel body and
carbide powder. And the diamonds are utilized for making complex
shapes of drill bits.
Features:
a) In drilling soft sedimentary rocks, our natural surface bit
could be quite efficient.

available as well as the crown profiles, diamond grades stone sizes

Natural diamond surface set double tube and single tube core bit
Its functions are to drill medium hard and soft formation
stones. The specifications of Natural diamond surface set
double tube and single tube core bit are as follows: T2 56, T2 66,
T2 76, T2 86, T2 101, TB 56, B66, B76, B86, B101, B116, T6 76, T6
86, T6 101, T6 116, T6 131, T6 146, TNW, T6H, LTK48, and
LTK60. Samples are available. The natural diamond
surface set double tube and single tube core bit is also steps
and half round crowns. Diamond sizes are 6-10 spc, 10-15 spc,

Natural diamond noncoring bit
It is for noncoring drilling. The bits include 56mm and
76mm. Samples are available. The natural diamond

40-50 spc, and 60-80 spc. They are A Grade, AA grade, and AAA
