LT-970 is a kind of silicone for fabrics finishing and is a terpolymerization blocked by polyether, quaternary ammonium salts and organosilicon. It is a linear high molecular weight organosilicon copolymer with good hydrophilicity, moderate viscosity, excellent hand feel, easy to use, multi-function, high quality and unique soft touching.
Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
LT-970(20% emulsion)
☆ Padding:
Dosage: 5~30g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Diluting method: dd silicone with corresponding emulsifier (5-10:1), stirring evenly. Then add 1.0-1.5% HAC of total silicone, when stirring evenly, add water slowly in batches several times, stir to emulsify till it forms semi-transparent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
