Our slitter knives are manufactured using state of the art

Forged material
Vacuum harden and triple temper to Rockwell held to ±1, then finish
with lapping and polishing to produce the finest metal slitter
knives.
Application of the Hot rolling shear blades for tinplate coating
line:
1. for hot rolling mills: 1~12.7mm carbon steel coils and sheets.
2. for cold rolling mills: 0.02 ~3.2mm carbon steel plates and sheets.
