Description:
ISO 17357 net type Yokohama floating pneumatic marine rubber fenders can play an important role in a ships safe berthing operation. As leading anti- collision anti collision equipment, pneumatic rubber fend has a long and successful history of protecting vessels in mooring operations. They are ideal for permanent and semi-permanent port applications, as well as for offshore ship- to- ship transferring. Our fenders are fast and easy to install, keeping suitable clearance between the hull and the jetty or vessels. Its aim is to minimize potential damage during berthing operations. The se fenders play a critical role in the safe operation of ship berthing.

Net type pneumatic fenders are fitted with a chain-tyre net. The net consists of used tyre connected by a network of horizontal and vertical chains. which adds further protection to the fender body

 

Main Technical Specifications:

  1. Standard: ISO 17357:2014,
  2. Fender size: Dia.1000 x L 3000m to Dia. 4500 x L 30000m (low pressure), Dia.500 x L 1000m to Dia.4500 x L 12000m (high pressure)
  3. High Pressure Fender Type: Net-type; Net-type and one end with no flange opening and no metal parts; Sling-type;
  4. Low Pressure Fender Type: Clamped end type; Moulded end type.
  5. Safety: Safety valve is equipped as standard or as inquiry;
  6. Initial internal pressure: 7 kPa for low pressure fender, 50 kPa & 80 kPa for high pressure fender;
  7. Test and inspection: Material test of rubber, Dimensional inspection, Air-leakage test, Hydrostatic-pressure test
  8. Fender colour: If not specified, the colour shall be black, As buyer’s inquiry
  9. Identification system: As ISO 17357 standard and buyer’s inquiry;
  10. Certificate: Classification society, Prototype fender test certificate, Commercial fender inspection and test certificate
  11. Can be customized;
