Piston hydraulic dead weight tester pressure gauge calibration machine is designed on the base of YS series and KY Series dead weight tester, with structural optimization, super wear-resistant and perfect reliability. The highest process of DK dead weight tester is 0.005%; The max pressure range is 160MPa. DK dead weight tester adopt modular structure, a platform can be installed in different piston systems, achieve economic and practical purposes.

shown below. In the range of 100MPa case for all of the components,
the rate of decline and the effective piston area of pressure
become a linear relationship, the maximum rate of decline is less
than 5μm/s. Maximum effective area changes is less than 0.0006mm2.
