The aluminum pu foam shutter door machine is used to produce the pu foam shutter door . Normally it has size of 45 , 55 , 39, 40 , 77 ,80 ,95 ,106 mm . We can also make the Roller Shutter Door Machine according to the client drawing . The length of shutter door equipment is 22 meter and has 37 forming stations . It forms the shutter door or shutter window profile step by step from the material of the aluminum sheet and steel sheet . The thickness of material is 0.2-0.35mm . The polyurethane foaming machine as a spare part of the machinery will supply the pu foam for the machine during it is working . To ensure it work stably , we adopt the gear box transmission type .
