2.Product Describe
Composite frame screen is made of injection molding frame and 2-3 layers of SS304 or SS316 stainless steel net directly bonded, no degumming layered, integral molding, solid structure.
The main frame of the screen mesh used in the composite frame is a composite material of high strength plastic and glass combined with high tensile strength steel bars. The selected materials are disposable new plastic, high temperature resistance of more than 140℃, good toughness, corrosion resistance, so as to improve the seismic capacity and service life of the screen.
The mesh number of each layer of composite frame screen is different. The accurate and reasonable collocation makes the separation effect more detailed in the case of improving the permeability rate of screen mud, and solving the phenomenon of "paste screen" and "running pulp".
