1. Product Description
Hookstrip soft screens are used in the early shale shakers. The
bottom layer is a coarse wire cloth layer, the middle layer is a
plastic mesh layer, the upper layer is a fine wire cloth layer. The
three layers of wire cloth is bonded together adding support of
screen which will guarantee a longer screen life and reduce the
cost.
Hook Strip Soft Screen is the most widely used screen,the features
of screen of this type:
1.By 2 to 3 layers of stainless steel wire cloths bonding as a
whole without metal foils.
2.The wire diameter of the bottom layer of the screen mesh is
relatively coarse,which plays the roles of screening and supporting
with the upper layer and extends the life of the screen.
3. The soft screen,with low price,effective filtration area is
bigger than flat screen,but its lift is comparatively short with
that of flat screen.It needs to choose different screen, depending
on the drilling conditions.
2. Feature Advantage
Hook strip flat screens are the series applied most widely at present. These products can be fit for all kinds of shale shakers that use the hook strip flat screen. This screen panel is constructed with two or three stainless steel layers bonded to a steel support plank. Accessory rubber plugs may be inserted to the rips or tears of the screen. By doing this, we can cut down time and the production cost. We can supply hook strip flat screens with mesh sizes ranging from 20 to 325.
