Working Principle
After the mixer feeds the material at the feeding port, it is
stirred by the mixing blades on the inner wall of its own cylinder,
so that the materials put into the drum are fully mixed, and the
materials can be automatically discharged continuously after
completion.
The inlet and outlet at both ends of the drum are sealed design,
which can control dust leakage so that materials can be mixed in
the environment of oxidation, reduction, and inert gas.There are spiral blades with opposite leads welded inside the drum.
When the material enters the rotating drum through the feeding
port, due to the friction between the material and the surface of
the blade, the material is brought up by the blade, and then falls
due to its own weight for mixing. When the added amount flows
through the two sets of blades, the opposite leads of the two sets
of blades will cause the upper layer and the lower layer of the
material to move in opposite directions, which will accelerate the
uniform mixing of the material;
The feeding tube adopts the inclined tube design, and the parts in
contact with the material are covered with resin, polyurea, or
other wear-resistant coatings, and there is no risk of metal
foreign matter. The feeding tube seat and the cylinder are matched
with a specially customized slewing bearing and Y-shaped sealing
ring. , to avoid the occurrence of material leakage, etc.
The discharge port is designed so that the cylinder pushes the
sponge pad to seal. When the drum feeds and mixes, the cylinder
pushes the seal pad to seal the discharge port. The unique PTFE
labyrinth sealing plate prevents the powder from leaking. All parts
of the discharge port that contact the material have a
wear-resistant coating, there is no risk of foreign matter, 100% of
the material is discharged, and there is no residue in the drum.
