2.Q:How should we install the chairs?
A:We have the vedio of chairs’installation.It will be sent to you.We can also conduct the process of installation by phone.
3.Q:How long is the product warranty peorid?
A:We will provide 5-year warranty to our original purchaser of new products from the date of use the product.Warranty is based upon material defect causing product failure within warranty.We will determine the course of action by supplying free parts,repairing or replacing the defective products.
4.Do you have showroom?
A:yes.There is many models in our showroom.Our showroom is close to our factory.You can visit our showroom and factory at the same time.
5.Q: What are the shipping terms?
A: FOB & EXW. But if the quantity is less than MOQ, so should be EXW;
