water type mold temperature controller water temperature can be
maintained between 40 – 120°C and oil type temperature can be
40-300°C.

Mold temperature machine maintenance
Purchased a new mold temperature machine, before use, please check
whether the cooling water circulation, to prevent the lack of
cooling water and damage to the mold temperature machine. We should
keep the working environment of the die temperature machine clean,
avoid dust, which can greatly extend the service life of the
electrical components of the die temperature machine.
In the pipeline, we should judge whether there is blockage in the
pipeline according to the relationship between the pump and the
pressure. If the pressure is too small, we can take out the heating
tube and clean it with tools, especially the filter net cover at
the entrance of the system.
Regularly check whether the pump and oil pump of the die
temperature machine leak oil. If necessary, the pump shaft seal can
also be replaced regularly.
Electrical components, we can timely replace according to the
service life of components, regular testing, to ensure safety.
