How does the chiller cool the extruder equipment?

  1. The chiller unit can provide extruder equipment (5-30℃) to shorten the cooling time of the extruder product and improve the production capacity and quality of the product.

How to choose a chiller for an extruder?

  1. When choosing a chiller, we need to calculate the power of the chiller based on the capacity of the extruder (rubber) per hour, the amount of water used in the water tank per hour, and the return water temperature.
  2. According to the energy saving, we can calculate the power of the chiller. In order to achieve the cooling effect, the chiller is generally selected to be slightly larger to avoid environmental factors affecting the energy efficiency ratio and ensure normal production.
  3. Choice of two cooling methods for the cooler. The customer's factory has a swimming pool or cooling water tower. Water-cooled coolers are more suitable than air-cooled coolers. Water-cooled coolers dissipate heat through the water tower and have higher cooling stability. There is no need to purchase additional cooling water towers; If there is no cooling water tower, the cooling power is small, and the environmental ventilation effect is good, you can choose air cooling.
