The SD membrane dryer from Atras Copco is equipped with a
pre-filter to remove moisture, oil and particles from the
compressed air under very harsh conditions. The dryer enables low
pressure drop and low purge air loss with the highest possible
efficiency, saving you time and money.
From narrow spaces to temperature fluctuations, SD dryers can
operate in harsh and dangerous conditions. There are two models to
choose from to give you the air treatment you really need.
Innovative technology
The SD membrane dryer contains thousands of hollow fibers with
innovative inner coatings. Compared to traditional membrane dryers,
this unique coating increases the separation efficiency between
water vapor, oxygen and nitrogen, enabling unprecedented low air
leakage and minimal purge air losses. With these optimized fibers,
we can ensure reliability.
Harsh environment
Because SD dryers do not require electrical drive, they can operate
safely in environments where explosion protection is required, such
as test rooms.
