The rods are welded at each intersection and the wrap wire is then wrapped around them for added strength. This type of screen provides excellent strength and filter accuracy, making it suitable for a wide range of filtration applications. Wire Wrapped Screens are available in standard lengths of 3m and 6m (actual lengths of 2.9–2.95m and 5.8–5.95m to fit container), with a variety of diameter options from 1” to 20”, and wedge wire sizes from 0.75x1.8mm to 4x7mm. It is also available in mild steel material (Q235 or Q195).
