SFTO2150SMT-7048A-CT PCAP TFT LCD display is a 21.5 inch color active matrix TFT LCD module using amorphous silicon TFT‘s (Thin Film Transistors) as an active switching devices. SFTO2150SMT-7048A-CT PCAP TFT LCD display module has a 21.5 inch diagonally measured active area with Full-HD resolutions (1920 horizontal by 1080 vertical pixel array). Each pixel is divided into RED, GREEN, BLUE dots which are arranged in vertical stripe and this module can display 16.7M(Round up)(6bit+2FRC) colors and color gamut 72%. The LED driver for back-light driving is built in this model. 

SFTO2150SMT-7048A-CT PCAP TFT display is demostrating graphics and texts on a 1920×3×1080 dotspanel with16.7M colors by using Dual channel LVDS,8 bits RGB data input and supplying+3.3VDC supply voltage for TFT-LCD panel driving.In this SFTO2150SMT-7048A-CT TFT LCD display panel, color filters for excellent color performance is incorporated to realize brighter and clearer pictures, making this display optimum for use in multi-media applications.Optimum viewings are in all directions.

Introduction of touch screen OCA Bonding materials

With the development of technology, more and more of our electronic devices, especially the development of touch screens, are getting higher and higher for the optical materials for the structure of optical bonding, which are required to have colorless transparency, light transmittance of more than 98%, good bonding strength, can be cured at room temperature or medium temperature, and have the characteristics of small curing shrinkage, this adhesive is called optical adhesive. Optical adhesives made of different materials such as silicone, acrylic resin, unsaturated polyester, polyurethane, epoxy resin, etc.

 

1. What is OCA

OCA (Optically Clear Adhesive) is a double-sided adhesive tape without matrix material obtained by making optical acrylic glue into no substrate material, and then laminating a layer of release film on the upper and lower layers.

 

2. Advantages of OCA

High cleanliness, high light transmittance, low haze; The thickness of the adhesive layer is uniform and the flatness is high; High adhesion and high bonding strength after lamination; Soft to soft, soft to hard, hard to hard can be fitted, and the fit material has a wide applicability.

 

3. The disadvantages of OCA

The development of flexible screens and large-size screens, and the increasing application of screens in harsh environments, the more obvious the shortcomings of OCA, as follows:

1) Bubbles are easy to produce by full lamination, and the larger the size of the lamination, the greater the probability of bubbles; Laminated bubbles are prone to rebound after degassing;

2) The fluidity of solid glue is poor, and the gap filling effect on uneven surfaces is not good, which is not suitable for full lamination of framed LCD screens;

3) It is difficult to laminate large sizes, and the lamination yield and production efficiency are low;

4) Poor surface lamination effect;

5) The bonding stability is not strong, and the bonding strength gradually decreases with the increase of temperature;

6) After lamination, it is not easy to rework, and the cost of rework is high;

7) Easy to adsorb dust and impurities to cause secondary pollution;

8) It cannot effectively increase the strength and explosion-proof ability of the screen; After lamination, the explosion-proof effect of the screen is not good, it is not resistant to falling, and the screen is easy to be damaged;

9) Each product needs to be die-cut separately

 

4. OCA production company

3M and tesa are the main ones, and the 3M production capacity is mainly occupied by traditional LCD manufacturers for a long time, and basically occupies the highest-end market; Mitsubishi and Nitto Denko from Japan, South Korea is LG Chem and SKC from South Korea.

 

5. What is OCR

OCR (Optical Clear Resin) is a kind of optical glue, because the glue is in a liquid state, it is also known as liquid optical glue, optical water glue or LOCA. After curing, the glue is colorless and transparent, with a light transmittance of more than 98%, and has the characteristics of small curing shrinkage and yellowing resistance. In the field of optical lamination, compared with traditional OCA tapes, OCR has unique advantages in large size, curved surfaces, harsh environments and other fields.

 

6. Advantages of OCR/LOCA

1) Strong applicability, one glue can correspond to a variety of laminating products;

2) Liquid glue has strong fluidity, is not sensitive to ink thickness, and has good gap filling;

3) It is suitable for large-size lamination, and there is no restriction on the size of the laminating product;

4) It is suitable for surface lamination or complex structure lamination;

5) High lamination yield and good rework performance;

6) Chemical bonding, the bonding is less affected by temperature, and the bonding stability is strong.
