Product Introduction
1. The vulcanizer is an advanced hot pressing equipment for pressing all kinds of thermosetting rubber.
2. There are three heating methods in the vulcanization process: electric heating, steam heating and heat transfer oil heating.
3. The equipment can be made according to the customer's parameter requirements.
4. The cylinder ( piston ) adopts the best seals structure , with
reasonable design and reliable function. The seals part is good
quality YX type polyurethane seals (not rubber seal ) ,which is oil
resistant , aging resistant .
5. Automatic control : automatic mold closing , automatic
exhausting , automatic heating and keep stable
temperature,automatically timing for vulcanization , automatic
alarming , automatic mold opening ,etc
