Structure Overview
1. Two dual-action cylinders are adopted for fast mold open /
close;
2. Provided with mass flow pre-fill valve;
3. Automatic mold forward / backward;
4. PLC controlled;
5. Unit area pressure no less than 45kg/cm ² to ensure the density
of the tyre-surface
6. Multiple options of layer number and tables;
7. Hydraulic pressure components and electrical equipments are
imported or of local famous brand, to ensure reliable performance.
8. Each batch tyre tread vulcanizing time is 22-25 minutes.
9. We also can according to the customers' requirement, and design
the non-standard type of tire tread vulcanizing machine.
